The company
TEREEN ENERGY PRODUCTION is a wholesale natural gas and power trading company active on the markets of South-East and Central Europe. The company trades physical natural gas on the Balkan Gas Hub, the Romanian and Moldovan markets and at the Central European Gas Hub (CEGH) in Austria.
Our activities cover hub-based trading, cross-border supply and the delivery to wholesale counterparties and industrial consumers in the region.

Responsible trading
TEREEN ENERGY PRODUCTION conducts its trading activities in full compliance with applicable European and national energy market regulation. We adhere to the Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT), maintain the licences and registrations required by the national energy regulators of the markets in which we operate, and meet our transaction reporting obligations towards ACER and the competent national authorities.
We apply strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in line with the EU Anti-Money Laundering framework, including sanctions screening and thorough counterparty due diligence, on a zero-tolerance basis. Our internal Code of Conduct — built on segregation of duties, internal controls and transparent reporting — governs the way we do business and safeguards the integrity of every transaction.
